If our Alpha Industries jackets, LUKE City Tee’s, or any other items don’t meet your expectations, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage
  • In original packaging with all accessories included

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on grooming & fragrance products from our Grooming & Fragrance collection unless faulty. All other items in our collections (CLOTHING, Footwear, Bags, etc.) are eligible for return.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse (address provided in approval email)
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or different item):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly state your desired exchange item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

International Returns

For customers outside the UK (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
